CardioGolf classes will run on average 50 minutes with the first 15 minutes of class performing exercises focusing on core - a short HIIT workout and the remaining 30 minutes performing swing drills.  Students cameras will stay off during the exercise portion of class and don't need to worry about feeling self conscious.  Cameras will then be turned on for swing drills so that Marissa can spot check your technique and give you invaluable feedback!  This part of the class is like attending a semi-private group golf clinic!!

 

CardioGolf classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30am EST via Zoom starting November 25th.  (Class dates and times are subject to change)  A Zoom link will be sent out for live classes.  A recording of the class will be uploaded here on the website after the class is finished so that you may do the class at your own leisure.
