The modern waterfront house with approx 5,500 ft of living space on two floors is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River, offers breathtaking views and great opportunities for fishing or kayaking! Please ask for Boat Rental Options.
Heated saltwater pool & hot tub (Oct-Apr), 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, home cinema and bar area with high-quality amenities invite you to relax. The rooms are bright, spacious and from the living room, the 2 master suites and another bedroom you have access to the terrace/balconies and river views!
